Absolutely perfect design/style. Only gave 4 stars because it is very lightweight and made of very thin metal. The design is exactly what I was looking for. I’m about 5′-11″ and 200 lbs. I use it on the middle height setting. Overall, very pleased. Great deal for the price compared to $800-900 for heavy duty gym models. Strongly recommend.

Short story. I returned it. Never took it to UPS cuz im lazy. Now I’m stuck with it. It’s worth 45 to 60 bucks and I’m being nice. Came with free indentations on the cushion. Looked opened used and returned.
I’m big on quality vs price so I buy one thing for decades instead of 1000 cheap things. The cushion plug was sent run down and won’t stay in the pipe. Seat is sturdy enough after one use. And my kids like it.
But for 150$ inflation or not. Ain’t worth.

Cheap rubber end caps. Like the product, however two of the rubber end caps where damaged. Most likely due to the tubing piercing the end caps. Would like a replacement but have no way to contact seller.

The curve to this bench is a terrific feature because when doing sit ups, you can choose to extend your torso all the way down, utilizing the curved surface, thereby doing a partial crunch and then a full range sit up. The bench can also be used for leg raises or crunches. The only shortcoming in the design is that they don’t have tall persons in China and if you are more than maybe 5’11”, you may find it hard to get satisfactory movement range. The construction I would say is average. My equipment made (in USA) by Rogue is about 25 times sturdier and more robust than this bench. But for most consumers, this product will work very well.

I’ve had the same sit-up bench for 20 years. It’s inclined but I have to put 3 books under it to make it aggressive enough after all this time. I saw a cheap curved sit-up bench and ordered it. It was small and flimsy but the design was good. I threw it out and ordered this one. The pads are wide and thick and the bench is wide and long. Its twice the size of the cheap one and stable enough to lean and twist as far as I want. On the highest setting I won’t be needing any books under it for a very long time. This is not an 80lb gym piece, but for home use it is more than adequate. I do sit-ups every morning to keep my lower back strong and this machine is a step up for sure. It also arrived overnight and was a breeze to assemble.

After years of using a straight slant bench with A thick pad for sit-ups and crunches, I decided to replace because the foam was cracking and old.
This is a sleeker design, was easy to assemble (less than 15 minutes) and seems plenty sturdy and stable. I especially appreciated the nylon nuts. Toss out the little hex wrench and open ended wrench they include with the kit. They’re too thin and small and hard to use and use your own tools if possible.
The board itself is curved, which is new to me but I see the advantage of the design. I’m older so would have appreciated a thicker pad on the board itself but it wasn’t punishing. The reverse crunch handle is a great feature and I see myself using that quite a bit.
Bottom line, it’s a solid piece of equipment at a fair price that works well and will look good in any home gym environment without taking up too much room.

For $150 it is super easy to assemble with the necessary wrenches included, stable and sturdy. I am ~5’8″ 185lbs so for me it feels perfect. No it’s not Pro Gym quality but nor is it flimsy by any means. Pads are nice and firm without being too hard. Also it’s pretty easy to adjust the height, overall I was happy with the purchase.

Easy to assemble, very sturdy and great for doing sit ups. A problem I had at first was that there is a gap between the stem of front two rollers and the bench that it’s attached to. This caused it to loosen as I was doing sit ups with my ankles against these front rollers so I tightened the two side bolts as much as I could and then pounded a wood shim in the gap between the stem of the front rollers and the bench. This kept the stem solid and eliminated the problem. Easy fix. I use it every day and do recommend it.

The Bench is well made, strong and simple assembly. Because of the way your Legs are held by the pads; there is very little stress on your Knees. And probably because of the way the Bench is designed, I have had no Lower Back pain.

Rated as best by Amazon, I purchased it on the day that Amazon workers had struck. I need to work out and I am as many Staying AT Home during the Covid-19 Pandemic of 2020 but for the very few trips to the grocery store.
It is more difficult to use that one would hope. And assembly is not clear enough but simple but still, there needs to be a bit better technical drawing of parts to places, and the adjustments one can make. Right now, without one of the foot rests, (there are two), I can stretch my arms out and up, and perform weight lifting while at a slight angle downward.
Weight lifting with single hand weights is doable. My arms are the perfect lenght. I can return my arms to my sides with the weights and not hit the floor, while using the sit up bench as a curved bench. It makes lifting weights a bit more interesting.
It took months to deliver. The box was a bit beat up. The products were fine and in great repair but, they out gased some chemical having been manufactured in China. I don’t know what that chemical is, but it is very strong. So Strong, I was compelled to leave the bench and parts on my porch to air out. I have found this to be true from many things from China.
That stated, this will last a long time, and though heavy, it is not super heavy.
