Cute car but the springs were too loose for the batteries. I had to stretch the springs and put some cardboard in the battery case to get the connection to work. It’s as if they made it too big for AAA but too small for AA. Typical cheaply made in China toy but it works now and granddaughter likes it.

We have many peppa pig toys with many figures. Okay, these are different and allow the car to move forward or talk depending on which figure is where. As expected, our 2 year old granddaughter lost the parent pig figures by the tome we found a small enough screwdriver to add the 3 AA batteries needed. Now the car is useless, since all it does is say “OH dear, the car won’t drive without mommy pig or daddy pig sitting in the front seat”. So, pretty useless at this point. Might have been cute but in a house where toddlers never misplace their small pieced toys. Poor design to not be able to override this to get a functional car.
Just so you know our kids are OBSESSED with this. But It makes very loud annoying noises the entire time. Like repetitive, annoying beeps etc haha so buyer beware!
