You’ll be guided through the process, checking if you qualify for free returns and receiving step-by-step instructions. Please note that direct exchanges are not currently offered. Orders to these locations are not eligible for expedited shipping and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. We charge sales and use tax according to federal, state and local government guidelines. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address provided and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.

Please note that the taxes presented at time of order submission are only an estimate and may not take into account applicable exemptions and tax holidays. Final calculation of applicable taxes will be performed when the order ships and the final amount is charged.

If you prefer a quicker exchange, you can easily exchange your Azon Galaxy online purchase at website by lodging a case. Simply bring your items along with your original payment method and either your order barcode or order number. You can locate your order barcode on azongalaxy.com/orders and in the Azon Galaxy app in your order history.

 

Your invoice is sent to the billing address on your order and should arrive in no more than 3 weeks after your order is delivered. If you haven’t received your invoice within this time, do one of the following:

Option 1:

  1. Click My Invoices
  2. Fill the information.
  3. For your protection, we require 3 pieces of information for your verification (Customer Number, Order Number and postal code).

Option 2:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Click “Order Status” under “My Orders”
  3. Select the order of your interest
  4. In the Order Detail page, click “Request an Invoice” under the Related Information section

You will be able to see and print your invoice. If your invoice link is not available, please follow this option to get assistance from customer support:
Option 3:
1.Click Contact Us
2.Select the Email Customer Support
3.Choose the appropriate option
4.Click Submit/Continue

  • Your estimated delivery date is an estimated date that is calculated based on three factors:
  • Production/Packing time – This is the time that it will take to assemble and/or pack your order for shipment. The length of time is influenced by the production build time and/or product availability..
  • Payment method – The amount of time it takes for authorization of the payment is different for different forms of payment such as Credit Cards, Pay Pal, and Dell Preferred Account.
  • Shipping Option chosen at the time of purchase – The Shipping option is the amount of time it will take for your order to arrive at your address AFTER it has shipped.
  • You can view the latest estimated delivery date information in our Order Status Tool.
Not all items qualify for free international shipping.
Look for messaging in the product page announcing free shipping to your shipping destination. To enjoy free international shipping:
    • Your cart must contain items that qualify for the promotion.
    • The order total must be above the minimum dollar threshold required.
    • Your shipping address must be in the destination specified in the promotion.
    • VAT and Import Fee Deposit don’t contribute to the minimum dollar requirement
