I got this on sale and I love this figure, amazing pose and detail. But it’s hard to connect with the others in set. Doctor Octopus is hard but fits and the vulture is impossible. Otherwise great for collecting.

I’ve read around that there’s a fitment issue when you try to assemble all of them together. I notice the problem is mostly with Mysterio. I used a table saw and coping saw to trim the edges. It fits like a glove now.

As many of the reviews state the items don’t connect at all. I thought this was a cool idea, but now it’s just a bunch of pieces with random pegs. I was able to connect vulture to sandman but that’s it.

Glad I checked reviews first. Thought mine was a fluke. After being excited the others fit together snugly and held, in the past (I have the Avengers Assemble, and Schwarma) I had to cut out a base and hot glue the pieces together and to it so it could be moved easily. Got Mysterio today and Tab As, way too big for Slot Bs. Already cut myself once trying to do a quick trim w a box cutter zip this is going to take some effort. They’re not just too wide, they’re too thick as well. Guess I’ll try grinding down with file and/or drimmel.
***Update 3/30/23 I did some work on it and got everything together, but today I got MY last piece, “Kraven”, and the problem isn’t the connecting tab of Mysterio so much as it it is the over sized bricks of it. If I force it to connect, the rest of it comes apart. The only solution will leave visible marks and ruin the look and shape of the bricks. Someone’s bobblehead at Funko should roll!
