This figure is amazing but should be considered a megafig. the amazon sale price did help in my decision to purchase the figure.

Watching the movie, I really grew to like this character so when I saw that ol Todd got his hands greasy and made a megafig on Carapax, I couldn’t resist. And I’m happy and not very happy that I didn’t. The figure itself is really cool looking, it would look better if the hands were painted but it’s fine for the most part. The custom artwork for all these figures look very cool, and the fade on his “glowy” parts actually look good. The thing that puts him down for me are the fact that a supervillian, isn’t well… super, the only accessories he has are an alternate set of hands, wow thanks, would’ve been nice if a SUPERvillian came with the DAMN SUPERPOWERS HUH?? It’s not that big of a deal lol but still would have been nice to get like a Lazer axe hand like he used in the film. Anyway I recommend if you like the character, or if you just like chunky mechs.

I bought this for my grandson, and he loved it! It was larger than I was expecting, and very well made. I highly recommend this for a Blue Beetle enthusiast.
