I have tried every Chew Toy known to man! I was guaranteed for example that Deer Antlers were full-proof for intense Chewers! Wrong! At about $18 a pop,my Dogs(3) had those whittled down in a Week!
I just wanted a Chew Toy more “natural” Well,heck with that!
Nylabone Products have kept my Chewers Happy,Interested and Satisfied! The Nylabone lasts minimum 9 Months and I don’t remove it until it becomes so small,it could be a choking hazard.
This is the best Dog Chew Product on the Market bar none!Thanks Nylabone!

I have a Dotson who is eight years old and loves to chew. I will tell you that he has already made a very big impression on this thing and it is not indestructible. He has no on it, and made some very big grooves and bites, and eventually even he is a small dog. He will have it destroyed. I’m not sure exactly how long it’s supposed to last, but we will see so far so good though it keeps him busy.

I bought this for my dog for Christmas and just gave it to her since some of her toys are getting worn out, and she has been really working on it but it seems to be holding up pretty well. My dog is a 2 year old lab, around 45 pounds so not a huge dog but she is pretty aggressive with the chewing on her toys. So this seems to be a pretty tough toy that will stand up to her chewing. So far so good.

These are the only things I can give my two dogs because they can’t tear them up and they last forever. Only downside is they hurt worse than legos if you step on one after they’ve been chewed on for awhile.

The product itself looks good and hard. I have too dogs, one mixed breed and a BullTerrier. The mixed breed didn’t like it, the bull started chewing it and apparently she loves it. The only thing is that she hurt her gums because once she started chewing it is pure hard plastic and the edges of the toy got like pointy. She manage to loose a little parts of plastic, fortunately she knows it’s not for eating so she dropped it. I don’t know if I will continue giving it to her. I prefer hard rubber instead not plastic.
It’s a heavy toy too, so if your dogs are like mine that enjoy when playing and catching toys, this is NOT the toy to use and since they are not quite aware of the weight they will not understand why you can’t play and toss it around so they can catch it.
I would like to know what is the science behind this toy and how is this vets approved.

I have a 4 yr old American bully, no matter what I have bought him its always chewed up or gone within mins of giving it to him. I went to a pet store when he was about 6 months old and thankfully the woman that helped me had 3 American bullies herself. She suggested these kind of chew toys for him. He has others ones which the very first one I bought him made out of the same stuff was when he was 6 months old. Almost 4 years later he still has it even though there is not much left of it now. So I bought him this one to add to his collection. You definitely won’t regret getting this item or items made out of the same stuff for your fur baby! The last a long time, are safe for your fur baby if they swallow it and it’s definitely worth the money!!

2 out of my 3 dogs like these. These are my heavy chewers. They take them from each other and try to hoard them for themselves. I have to buy 3 of everything. They like the flavor ond have lasted for a decent amount of time.

Thank you to all of the people who wrote reviews on this item because I have bought Nylabones in the past for my dogs and they just looked at them and went “meh” but I now have for the first time a large breed dog, a German Shepard/Old English Sheepdog mix who is just wonderful and she chews through her extra large bully sticks like they are slim jims. I love her and want the best quality and safe (made in USA) chews for her so she won’t go after my baseboards (they took a hit the first month after I adopted her) or my furniture. Her extra large bully sticks are $5 – $10 a piece and they last a day or two and that’s just too expensive. It’s true, dogs litterally wait with anticipation as you take this chew toy out of the package and she immediately walked off with it, flopped down onto her bed and started knawing on it and wore herself out and chewed it until she fell asleep. She LOVES it. She fell asleep chewing it….woke up and played it with some more….fell asleep and this morning she went right back to it after breakfast and a run outside. Barely any teethmarks and I am confident this will last at least a month and if does, it’s a bargain. I bought this on a black Friday special and wish I had bought a few more, but will buy another today at the sale price it’s at now because it is worth it. If you have a large breed dog that is chewing and destroying toys and high end bully sticks in minutes, buy this….you won’t regret it. One last thing, there are many other dog chew toys that look like these, and they are not Nylabone, and I would not trust anything that is NOT made in the USA. The US (hopefully) has toxicity standards that must be met and that is why I trust this brand and I was NOT paid to say this btw. She just chewed herself to sleep again as I am typing this…these things are like pacifiers for hyper puppies, this is amazing…I wish I had this when I adopted her 4 months ago when she was 6 mos old and chewing up my baseboards. She’s about 65 pounds and still a baby at 10 mos old.

My JR loves it, I think she loves the nubbiness of it. It seems to remind her of the sticks she loves so well. She’s had it for half an hour and has many teeth marks in it already. I am finding that she doesn’t get big chunks off the nylabone, unlike others i have ordered, but the very small rice size pieces they describe on the package that will safely pass through. I’m ordering a couple more to have as backups. The picture is a very close up shot, the indents are mostly teeth marks not missing pieces.
She can destroy most chew things in an hour and the only other thing I have found that she can’t destroy are yak chews that are about 1x1x6 inches.
