This is good budget friendly doll house. Not very good quality though. Its good for gifting. Adult needed for installation. Cant fold.

My daughter likes it but the advertising in the photos is misleading. I did look at the actual measurements but the advertisement photos are definitely photo shopped to make the house look bigger.
